Brent built his law practice focusing exclusively on helping individuals and businesses in financial distress. He has helped thousands of clients overcome mountains of debt and regularly counsels’ clients facing foreclosure, garnishment & collection cases. He also assists consumers and businesses with asset protection planning to ensure the things they value most are safe. Brent attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and interned with the Chief Bankruptcy Justice in the Western District of Missouri. He was the youngest and fastest named partner in the history of Wagoner Maxcy Westbrook, PC, the largest bankruptcy firm in Kansas City at that time. He has since moved to the St. Louis area to be closer to family. Brent resides in Troy, Missouri with his wife and daughter and has offices in St. Charles & Troy to better serve you.
Bryan T. Voss
Mr. Bryan T. Voss has been an attorney at Westbrook Law Group in St. Charles, Missouri since July 2021. He practices primarily in the field of bankruptcy, representing debtors under chapter 7 and 13 of the bankruptcy code. Before that, he was an associate with Blackwell & Associates, P.C. working for chapter 7 panel trustee Robert J. Blackwell. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. He is a member of the Missouri Bar and the St. Charles County Bar Association. He was co-vice chair of the Missouri Bar’s Commercial Law Committee from 2013 to 2014 and was co-chair of the Missouri Bar’s Commercial Law Committee, now known as the Bankruptcy – Creditor/Debtor Rights Committee from 2014 to 2016.
Teri Westbrook is an attorney licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas. She has been practicing since 2006 and was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri prior to entering private practice. She is married to Brent and they have one daughter, Savannah, and they live on a farm. Teri handles all legal questions and pleadings within the firm. If you receive anything from the court you have questions about, or your circumstances change and you need to see how it will impact your case, call and ask for Teri. She is always happy to help!
Kathy Brackett is our Client Services Specialist and she puts our clients’ needs above all else. Anyone who reaches out to us has had the pleasure of working with Kathy at some point in the process. She focuses on answering questions, scheduling time for you to meet with Brent, and guiding you through the key stages of your case. All of our clients love working with Kathy and she takes customer service to another level. Kathy has a daughter and one precision granddaughter and in her free time she likes to help her granddaughter explore and learn new things.
Marisa mason is our document collection specialist and her attention to detail keeps our cases moving at record speed. She greets you when you enter our office and guides our clients through gathering all the documents necessary to file your case. If you have any questions about what documents you need, she is the one to talk to. Marisa’s organization makes our clients lives easier and helps simplify the process of filing to make sure it is pleasant and not overwhelming. In her free time Marisa likes to spend time with her adorable nephews, hang out with friends, travel & practice her interior design skills.
